30-day guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

How to start a return

Email us via our Contact page with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll come back to you with the next steps within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
