These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shopmarva.com and purchases made from MARVA.

2. Using our website
You may use this website for lawful personal or household purposes.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, copy our content without permission, or use the website for fraudulent activity.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.
Colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen. Product dimensions, weight, battery runtime and performance may vary slightly between individual units and usage conditions.
MARVA products are intended for the uses described on the relevant product page. Do not use the product for liquids, hazardous materials, flammable materials or purposes not described by MARVA.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.
The total price shown at checkout includes any taxes that MARVA is required and configured to collect at checkout. If taxes, duties or import charges are not collected at checkout for a destination, the customer may be responsible for those charges.
We will clearly display applicable delivery charges and taxes before payment whenever the information is available to us.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- the product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraud or misuse is suspected;
- delivery to the selected destination is not available.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers displayed at checkout.
MARVA does not store complete payment card details. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Shipping
Shipping estimates, delivery conditions and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur because of customs, weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may request payment of additional delivery costs before reshipping, subject to applicable law.
9. Cancellation before dispatch
You may contact us at support@shopmarva.com to request cancellation before dispatch.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.
10. Returns, refunds and faulty products
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process for change-of-mind returns, faulty products, damaged deliveries and incorrect items.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Australian Consumer Law
For customers in Australia, products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
These guarantees cannot be excluded. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
12. UK and EU consumer rights
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union may have statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights for online purchases.

All MARVA names, logos, text, photographs, videos, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to MARVA.

Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
